BET Issues Beyonce And Jay Z An Apology

BET Networks' President of Music Programming and Specials took to Twitter to issue an apology to the Carters and everyone else offended by Karrueche Tran's (Chris Brown's on-again, off-again girlfriend) reading of a teleprompter that had an inappropriate joke:

Why would anyone think clowning on a 2-year-old was acceptable? The bigger issue is why is black people's hair always the topic of conversation?

In all of this Karrueche looks like an idiot which is not her fault and BET looks even worse.
