Azealia Banks claims that Russell Crowe assaulted her and called her the n-word before the Australian Oscar Award winning actor tossed her from a party at his place.

The alleged incident went down Saturday night at a Beverly Hills hotel, according to TMZ. Crowe reportedly invited about 10 people over to hang out an listen to music, including RZA who brought along Banks. Last week, Banks announced that she was now signed to RZA's label and would be working closely with him on her next project. But things quickly turned sour, apparently.

"To recap my night, I went to a party at Russell Crowe's suite, at which he called me a nigger, choked me, threw me out and spat at me," the Harlem rapper wrote on Facebook.  "Last night was one of the hardest nights of sleep I've had in a long time. The men in the room allowed it to happen. I feel terrible today."

However, according to TMZ, eyewitness say the drama started when Banks laughed at Russell's music selection, and then called him and at least one other guest, "boring white men." A female guest reportedly defended Crowe and told Banks to cool out. The witnesses claim Banks then said,"You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you guys in the throat, and blood would squirt everywhere like some real Tarantino s---."

Witnesses allege that Banks grabbed her glass and cocked it back and Crowe grabbed her, put her in a bear hug and carried her out of the suite. TMZ reports that four of the guests/witnesses gave statements during the investigation and described Bank's behavior as "erratic" and that RZA even said she used the n-word, not Crowe.

While only the people in the room actually know what went down, both Crowe and Banks have a history of being involved in drama. Banks was kicked off Twitter earlier this year after a racist rant against Zayn Malik and Crowe previously reportedly assaulted TV executive Malcolm Gerrie.

At any rate, guess we'll see how this plays out. Check out Banks' Facebook post below.
