ASAP Rocky’s ‘At. Long. Last. ASAP’ Album Goes Platinum
Rocky's sophomore offering was granted the certification on April 4, two years after it received a gold plaque for moving 500,000 units. At the time of its release, the 18-track project earned the Harlem rapper his second No. 1 album. At. Long. Last. A$AP was supported by the singles "Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye 2 (LPFJ2)," "Everyday" and "LSD."
The album is also heavy on guest spots, including features from Joe Fox, Future, M.I.A., ScHoolboy Q, Kanye West, Juicy J, UGK, James Fauntleroy, Lil Wayne, Miguel, Mark Ronson and more.
Up next for Flacko, the rapper is preparing for the release of his third studio album, which is rumored to be titled Testing. Earlier this month, Rocky stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to premiere the songs "A$AP Forever" and "Distorted Records." The rapper also previously released the songs, "Bad Company," "Above" and "Five Stars."
While Rocky's new album doesn't have a release date yet, the rapper has spoken about what fans can expect to hear on the new project, which is all about "testing new songs." Speaking with GQ, Rocky said, "I prefer to experiment and have my crowd grow with me and to reach new crowds. I don't just rap—I actually make music. That's why it takes time."
