Daytime talk show host Wendy Williams is getting dragged on Twitter by Ariana Grande's fans (aka the Arianators) for body shaming the pop singer.

During her Hot Topics segment on The Wendy Williams Show this week, the always opinionated Williams said that Grande looks like a 12-year-old girl. “I don’t mean that in a good way,” she said. “I mean that in a...it’s nice to look younger than you are, but when you look too young...and you’re short...I don’t look at her as a woman.”

For the record, Grande is 22 years old and although she looks very young, she is old enough to drive a car and have a drink at the bar (if she shows I.D.).

Grande’s faithful fans have come to her defense and have launched a social media campaign to have Williams' show canceled. The hashtag #CancelWendyWilliamsShow was trending for eight hours on Twitter.

Some of the Arianators posted tweets chastising Williams for body shaming the “Love Me Harder” singer because of her height and youthful looks. Others posted hateful memes body shaming the 51-year-old entertainer by comparing her face to that of an orangutan.

Either way, we doubt that Grande's fans will be able to get Williams’ show canceled, but it was a valiant attempt nonetheless. You can read some of the fans' tweets below.
