Alicia Keys will perform at the 2013 People's Choice Awards. The R&B diva is set to join previously announced performers such as pop songbird Christina Aguilera and country crooner Jason Aldean.

“Alicia is an undeniable vocal powerhouse, and combined with Christina Aguilera and Jason Aldean, we are going to have one epic show," executive producer Mark Burnett tells the Hollywood Reporter. "They are three of music's biggest talents. I am simply ecstatic to have them all joining us this year." So are we!

Keys was certainly on fire in 2012, with her fifth album, 'Girl on Fire,' and she just released the video for the Emeli Sande-penned ballad 'Brand New Me.'

In other Alicia Keys news, her Broadway play, 'Stick Fly,' is headed to the small screen thanks to HBO. The cable giant is adapting the drama about an African American family dealing with prejudice and adultery during a family outing in Martha's Vineyard.

The series reunites playwright Lydia Diamond and Keys, who co-produced the Broadway show and provided its original music. The production ran from November 2011 to February 2012.

Watch Keys perform on the 2013 People's Choice Awards Jan. 9 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
