50 Cent appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Monday (Aug. 5) to plead not guilty to domestic violence and vandalism charges. The case stems from a June 23 incident in which the rapper assaulted his ex-girlfriend and trashed her condo.

The judge also slapped Fif with a restraining order barring him from coming 100 yards of model Daphne Narvarez, who is purportedly the mother of his second child. He was also warned not to possess any firearms or try to intimidate any witnesses from testifying in the case.

The Queens, N.Y., native was hit with these charges after Narvarez filed a police report accusing the 'In da Club' rhymer of allegedly demolishing her bathroom door and then kicking her. Afterward, she claims that 50 destroyed property in her condo reportedly worth $7,100.

The 37-year-old entrepreneur has denied the charges and has also been making light of the situation by posting humorous photos on Instagram.
