50 Cent is fighting back domestic violence claims from his ex-girlfriend. In a statement released Thursday (July 4), the rapper's attorney, Scott Leemon, says his client denies allegations that he beat his rumored new baby mama and vandalized her condo.

As we previously reported, 50 Cent was hit with five charges, including one count of misdemeanor domestic violence and four counts of misdemeanor vandalism stemming from a June 23 altercation.

According to L.A. City Attorney's Office, Fiddy got into an argument with Daphne Joy and allegedly broke down her bathroom door and then kicked her. He then allegedly destroyed $7,100 worth of items in her condo including chandeliers, furniture and a television.

"Curtis Jackson denies these allegations as made against him," reads the statement from Leemon (via New York Daily News). "It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest."

The 'In Da Club"'rapper is looking at five years in jail if convicted on the aforementioned charges. 50 Cent is due in court on July 22.
