ESSENCE FEST 2017

What an experience to be able to attend the Essence Fest 2017. First of all, I met some really dope people in the industry but more importantly I got to attend some really cool workshops, and sit in on some very moving panel talks. I loved the vibe down in New Orleans and the southern hospitality. The Essence Fest was a great experience, I listened and learned a lot. From being in the same room as Mary J Blige and Queen Latifah talking about the struggle of life and breaking into the industry to listening to Angela Rye talk about world news and just being aware of what's going on. Iyanla Vanzant was there too and spoke about spiritual healing and there were Karaoke and so many giveaways from Ford, ATT, McDonald's and so many more sponsors.  I could go on in on and detail but what I could say that sums it all up best is " you just had to be there".

Oh, and I can't forget the Q & A with the cast of some of the TV's popular shows, Empire, Power,Have and Have Nots and much more. Pictures would do no justice but you can admire these few pics.
